On the Prosecution of Martha Steward< no role >
widow for an Assault with a wicked
intent to Kill and Murder

David Howard< no role > of Jewry Street Aldgate in the City of London
Gentleman and Daniel Williams< no role > of Church Street Spitalfields in
the County of Middlesex Surgeon severally make oath and say and
[..] this Deponent David Howard< no role > for himself saith that a Bill of
Indictment was sometime in February Sessions last preferred
and found against the above named dependant Richard Price< no role > Janes
that on or about the sixth day of March last the said Richard Price
Jones< no role > entered into a Recognizance to plead to the said Indictment
at the last Sessions as this deponent hath been informed and
believes And this deponent further saith that a Motion was
made sometime in last Sessions to this Honourable Court that
the said Recognizance might be respited untill this present
Sessions upon an affidavit Stating the ill State of Health
of the said Richard Price Jones which was granted accordingly
And this Deponent Daniel Williams< no role > for himself saith
that the said Richard Price Jones departed this life on or
about the twenty third day of April last past
