this Deponent But this Deponent on account of this
Indictment being settled by Arbitration and supposing the
same could be settled did not proceed to Sub [..] any
of his Witnesses But this Deponent hath not any time
sufficient allowed for Sub [..] ning his Witnesses on the
Trial of this Cause unless this Honorable Court will be
Kind enough to grant an Order that this Deponents Trial
may stand over till Wednesday or any other time they shall
think proper [..] Mr which Reason this Deponent does not
think it safe for him to proceed to the Trial of the said
Indictment without the testimony of his Witnesses he intended
to Subpeena as aforesaid
