of self Murder in the Highway Etc

Resolved that the Said Bill or demand
be referred to the Committee of Accounts to
inqurer what the Practise in Such Cases
has here to fore been and to report the result
of their inquiry to the Court

Mr. Andrew Bowdler< no role > the Collector
of the Tolls of Saint James's Haymarket
Attended the Court and represented that a
Mr. Partridge whose Hay Was Sold by
a Salesman in the Said Market claimed to
be free by Charter From Payment of Toll as
One of the Tenants of the Dutchy of Sancaster
and had in Consequence there of refused to
Pay any Toll For the same

That in Consequence there of he had made
Application to Mr. Hyde to enforce the
Payment there of Who had declined
determining the same

And a Copy of the Said Charter being laid
before the Court and read

And also the Hot of the 8th and 9th William
and Mary and the Statute of the 31st of George the [..] [..]
