Sold in the Said market and the Tole be Refused to be Paid That
Mr. Bowdler do insist on the Payment of the Tole for the same
and in Case of Refusal That he do forth with Apply to Mr. Stirling
who is hereby authorized to use legal means to enforce the Payment
there of

Resolved that Thomas Aris< no role > be Permitted to Serve the
Prisoners in new Prison at Clerkenwell and the House of Correction
here with Bread until the County Day of the next Session
