Resolved that in Case any Hay belonging
the Said Partridge or any other of the
Tenants of the Said Dutchy be Sold in the
Said Market and the Toll be refused to be Paid
That The Clerk of the said Market do Insest
on the Payment of the Toll for the same
and in Case of Refusal that he do forth with apply
To Mr. Stirling to enforce the Payment
there of.
