Case into consideration and appoint a time for
the hearing of this their Petition and Appeal

Middlesex (is wit) At the General Quarter
Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the
King holden at the new Session House in Clerkenwell
Green in and for the said County of Middlesex (by
Adjournment) on Tuesday the seventhday of
July in the twenty ninth Year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the third King of Great
Britain etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that John Barnfather< no role > and Edward
Gray
< no role > Esquires the Justices within named and also the within
named Thomas Rogers< no role > have Notice of this Petition and Appeal
and that they and all Parties concerned do attend this Court
on Thursday next the Ninth day of July Instant at the new
Session House on Clerkenwell Green at Ten o'Clock in the
Forenoon to hear and abide the Determination of the same
Court touching the said appeal
