Guido Clark< no role > of Clement Lane in the City of London Hairdresser maketh
Oath that he hath attended his Father John Clark< no role > of Baldwins Gardens during
his present Illness and hath sat up several whole Nights with him and when
ever the severily of his Illness would permit his chief Conversation and
Concern was about his Son Edward Bartholomew Clark< no role > whom he
constantly made the most tender Inquiries after but the real situation
of the said Bartholomew Clark< no role > hath been carefully concealed [..]
as the worst Consequence were apprehended should it be di [..] lged to
him and this Deponent further saith that the Health of the said Edward
Bartholomew Clark is much impaired through Grief and Affliction and
this Deponent is under the greatest Anxiety least the Consequence of Confinements
may be total to his Recovery
