Richard Way Cock< no role > of Leather Lane in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman maketh oath and saith that
he this Deponent did on the fourteenth day of May
last past personally serve the Respondent William
Hyde< no role > with a true Copy of an Order made by the Court of
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex on the twenty fourth day of April last Whereby
is was ordered that the Benefit of an Appeal made by the said
Margaret Walton< no role > , Amelia Brown< no role > , and Jane Walton against
a Conviction under the Hand and Seal of the said William
Hyde< no role > dated the sixteenth day of April last should be saved
unto them and the Hearing and Determining there of should
be adjourned until the then next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be holden for the said County of Middlesex
and on Notice thereof in the mean time to be given to the
said William Hyde< no role > Esquire he and all Persons concerned
should attend the said Court at the Session House for
the County aforesaid on Thursday the Ninth day of July
then next at the Hour of nine in the forenoon of the
same day to hear and abide the Judgement and Determi-
nation of the said court touching the said Appeal and this
Deponent at the time of such Service she was the said
Orignial Order to the said William Hyde< no role > And this Deponent
further saith that he hath made diligent Inquiry and search for
William Brown< no role > upon whose Information the Conviction above
mentioned was made for the purpose of serving him also with the
said order and particularly this Deponent hath made various Inquiries
in Islington of which place the said William Brown< no role > was as this
Deponent hath been informed and believes in the Information said
