Defendant Severaley make Oath as follows And first
this Deponent Issabella Lemon< no role > for herself Saith
that she was Indicted in June Sessions last for an
Assault upon the above [..] Named Mary White< no role > And this
Deponent further Saith that she has repeatedly made
Enquiry for the Place of Abode of the above named
Prosecution in Order to [..] her with Notice of Tryal
for this present Sessions to Answer the Complaint of
the above named Prosecution but cannot find out her
residence And [..] this Deponent John Shephard< no role > for
himself Saith that he has likewise made Enquiry for the
Place of Abode of the above named Prosecution for the purpose
of Serving [..] the Prosecutor with Notice of Tryal but
cannot find out her Residence
