St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex Gentleman
Maketh Oath and Saith that he is Attorney for the above named
Defendant Thomas Overton< no role > That being unexperienced & unacquainted
with the Practice of this Court he neglected to give notice of Trial to the
Prosecutor Either on or before Wednesday last which he now is
informed & believes ought to have been doneThat his
said Client Thomas Overton< no role > in now and was before Ready &
prepared to try the Traverse but the neglect is Entirely
owing to this Deponent being unacquainted with the
Practice of this Court
