On the prosecution of
Hilliard for Asst.

Samuel Freaks< no role > of Bethnal Green in the parish of Saint
Matthew Bethnal in the County of Middlesex Butcher the abovenamed
Defendant maketh Oath that he being Indicted in February Session
last by the above named Prosecutor to which Indictment
this Deponent Appeared and Pleaded in April Sessn. last
and Entered into a Recognizance to try his Traverse at the
ensuring sessions which he faller intended to do if in
case he could have found out or known where the above
prosecutor lived to serve him with a Notice of Trial And this
Deponent further saith that he hath made diligent Search
and Enquiry to find out the Place of Above of the said
Prosecutor but cannot But hath been lately informed
that he is frequently seen at a place called Clinkford in the
County of Essex and it is presumed that he lives same where
there or there about And this Deponent further saith that he
is Ready and willing to Return a venire and try his Traverse
if he can serve a Notice of Trial on the Prosecutor and in
order so to do this Deponent will we his at ash diligenes
against the next Session And this Deponent further south
that he hath been informed and verily believer to be true
that no Application hath been made to this Honorable
Court to Estreat the Deponents Recognizance
