To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace for the said
County assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Acton in the County aforesaid

Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands and Seals of
Charles Friquet< no role > and D. Wilmot Esquires two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the County of Middlesex (one
whereof is of the Quorum) bearing date the Fifteenth Day of
December last, Sarah King< no role > the Wife of Thomas King< no role > was
removed and conveyed from and out of the parish of Saint
Mary Stoke Newington the said County to the said parish
of Acton as the place of her last legal Settlement.

Your petitioners therefore humbly pray that the benefit
of their said Appeal may be reserved to them and that a day,
may be appointed in the next General Session of the peace to be
holden for the said County for hearing and determining the
same And that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Mary Stoke Newington be then and
there required to attend to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of the Court touching the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
