The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Marylebone
in the said County
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of
Charles Triguet< no role >
and W. Blackborow two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the 5 Day of
January 1789
Robert Fry< no role >
and
Ann< no role >
his Wife
were removed and conveyed
from and out of the
Liberty of Saffron-Hill Hatton-Garden and Ely
Rents
in the parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
in the County of
Middlesex
aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Marylebone
as the
Place of their last legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners
conceive themselves aggrieved and humbly appeal therefrom.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray
your Worships will be pleased to hear them in the
Premises and to order that the Overseers of the
Poor
of the Liberty of Saffron-Hill
Hatton-Garden
and Ely Rents in the Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn in the said County of Middlesex
may
appear before you at a certain Day to be appointed
to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of your Worships touching this Appeal
And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
