Your Committee are of Opinion that if he makes good his
payment of the Ballance due from him according to his undertaking
previous to the County day of the next Session That it will not be
expedient to remove him from his office of Collector provided that
he punctually pays the Ballance in his Hands Quarterly to the
Treasurer appointed to Receive the same

And your Committee beg leave to Recommend it to the Court
that in Case he does make good the payment of the Ballance of his
said Account and should be continued in his Office of Collector That
directions be given to Mr Burchell the Treasurer appointed to
receive the Monies collected by the said Joseph Stocken< no role > to Report
any Neglect or default of the said Collector in making his
Quarterly Payment of the Tolls to be Collected by him.
