Your Committee desired the Clerk of the Peace to
transmit the above Bills to his Robert Taylor< no role > and as he undertook the
Execution of the Work to request that he would be so god to give the Committee his
Opinion on the same Bills as Your Committee did not think themselves
competent without his assistance to form a proper Opinion thereon.

And Your Committee further Report That Mr.
Harwood the Governor of the House of Correction having laid before
Your Committee a Bill of £5..3..3 on Account of Money expended by
him in conveying John Ebbs< no role > and Nath Tyler< no role > to Brentford to be Whipped
at three different times Your Committee having Doubts whether
the same ought to be paid out of the County Rate beg leave to Submit
the Consideration thereof to the Court

All which the Committee Submit Etc
