Samuel Vines< no role > of Lincolns Inn in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman and Joseph Brown of the Parish St Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex apothecary
Severally Make Oath and say and First this Deponent Samuel
vines
< no role > for himself Saith that on or about the thirteenth of
November last as this deponent has been informed and [..] nly
believes the above named sarah dearing was committed
for Trial at at the present Sessions of the Peace held for
the County of Middlesex for a Misdemeanor in uttering
Fair Counterfeit Shillings to the above named John Woosnam< no role >
knowing the same to be false and Counter feit and the said
John Woosnam and the above named John Burrows< no role > were
Severally bound over top Presecute the said Sarah Dearing
at the Present Sessions and this Deponent further Saith
That a Bill of Indictment hath been prepared and is
Now ready to be preferred against the said Sarah Dearing
for the said Midemeanor and that the said John Barrows
is a Material and necessary Witness on the Part of the
Prosecution and without akene Testimony before the grand
Jury the Bill of Indictment now Prepared and ready to be
preferred for the said offence cannot possibly in this
Deponents Judgment and belief be found a time Bill
by the Grand Jury in as Much as the said John Burrows< no role >
has the Custody of the said four Counterfeit Shillings
attend by the Defendant and is capalle of [..] the
Uttering of the same by her to the said John Woosnam< no role >
from whom he received the said Counterfeit Shillings at
this Deponent has been informed and belives And this
Deponent Joseph brown< no role > for himself Saith That he has
attended Mr. John Barrows (whom he understands is the
person mentioned in the Deposition of the said other
Deponent) in the Capacity of an apothecary for ten days past
