Take Notice that I the said James Fishers< no role > intend to
appear at the next General Sessions of the Peace to be holden
in and for the County Of Middlesex at the Session House for the
said County on Clerkenwell Green on Monday the Tenth Day of
December instant at Eight of the Clock in the Morning and
then and there try my Traverse on the Adjoinment by you preferred
against me for an Assault Dated the 3d. Day of December 1787
