of John James< no role >

John Stuart< no role > of Bear Yard Clare Market in the County of Middlesex
Gentleman Maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent did on
Monday the third Day of December instant leave [..] at the
Turn pike-House Near St. George's Church in the said County of
Middlesex , and also at the Office of the Clerk of the Peace
for the said County of Middlesex a true Copy of the Notice
of Trial in this Cause hereunto annexed and also a true Copy
of the Order of Court hereunto annexed, signed by the Defendant
And this Deponent saith that the Copy left at the said Turn pike
-House, was left with Mr Ambler One of the Collectors there,-
and Saith that he this Deponent did at the Same time acquaint
the said Mr. Ambler of the Intent and Meaning of such Notice
And this Deponent believes that such Notice of Trial hath not
since been countermanded
