John Arnold< no role > for an Assault

James Wilson< no role > of Berwick Street in the County of
Middlesex Baker & James Henry< no role > day of Great Chapel
Street Soho in the said County of Middlesex Taylor
severally make Oath and first this Deponent James
Wilson
< no role > for himself saith that he caused the above named
Prosecutor John Arnold< no role > to be taken up and carried before
Sir Robert Taylor< no role > where he entered [..] into a
Recognizance to appear at the last Sessions And this Deponent
further saith that the above named John Arnold< no role >
preferr'd a Bill of Indictment at the last September Session
against this Deponent for an Assault And this
Deponent further Saith that he hath made diligent
enquiry after the said John Arnold< no role > in order to serve
him with Notice of Trial, and that he this Deponent
and enquire at No. 14 Norton Falgate when the said
John Arnold< no role > declared before the Justice to have lived
and was there informed that no such person did ever
live there no their knowledge And this Deponent
James Kennyday for himself saith that he according
to the direction he received for a Clerk of the Rotation Office
Litchfield Street went to No. 14 Norton Halsale aforesaid
and there enquired for the above named Prosecutor and
was there informed that no such Person as the above
named Prosecutor did or ever lived there James Wilson< no role >
