make Oath and Saith that he this
Deponent hath several times and endeavoured to find out the Prosecutor
John James< no role >
for the purpose of giving him Notice of Trial in this
Prosecution, and particularly this Deponent did on the Twenty
seventh Day of September, & the Twelfth Day of October enquired
at the Turnpike House near St. George Church
in the County of
Middlesex
where the said John James< no role >
resided, when this
prosecution commenced, And this Deponent Saith that altho' he hath
used his beer and utmost endeavours to find out where the said John
James< no role >
lived and resided; Yet he hath not been able so to do, and this
Deponent hath heard and verily believes that the said John James< no role >
at
the Time of the Commencement of this Prosecution was a Person
employed occasionally at such Turnpike House and that he hath
been discharged, but that this Deponent hath not been able to learn
where the said John James< no role >
is removed to, or may be found.
