place of her residence totally concealed herself and now
doth keep herself concealed so that he this Deponent Doth not
know where to leave Notice of his Intent to try his travelled
in this Cause Except at the two last places where he this
deponent Casually he aid the Prosecutrix resorted unto that
is to say No. 4 in Nightingale Lane in the Parish of Saint
John Wapping and No. 5 on Saltfratre Bank in the Parish
of Whitechapel aforesaid both in this County and save and
except that he this Deponent Did on Friday last learn that
She the said Prosecutrix Cohabited with one Abraham
Robinson< no role > a Journeyman Carpenter at the house of Mrs. Sarah Boibaw< no role > in Cree Church Lane Laadenhall Street London and had so done for
upwards of Four Months Vizt. from the beginning of June last
and on Enquiry she the said Sarah Littlewood< no role > and the said
Abraham Robinson< no role > did as this Deponent is Informed and
verify believes Quit their said residence so that he this
deponent doth not know where to find her the said Sarah
Littlewood And this Deponent further saith he should
not have been able to have gane to tryal in this Cause
without the Testimony as he this Deponent verify believes
of Edward Stater< no role > Esquire of Well Street on the Parish of
Whitechapel aforesaid who full well is acquainted with
the Circumstances of this Case and in whose Employ this
deponent now is And therefore this deponent prays this
matter may stand over untill the next Sessions to be
held And the said Lawrence cowan In himself Saith
that under the direction of the said deponent Benjamin
Littlewood< no role > he hath Endeavored to find out the residence of
the Prosecutrix this Cause but cannot find out any other
than as abovesetforth
