Deponent on Saturday last camed Notice to be given to the
Prosecutors of the said Indictment that she would apply
to this Honorable Court that the Recognizances entered into
by her Sureties to prosecute her Traverse on the said Indictment
might be Respited until the next GeneralSessionQuarter
Session of the peace to be held for this County.
