the above Named Prosecutor Maketh Oath that Peter Green< no role >

otherwise Green [..] ugh otherwise Greenway otherwise Greenwood
the Twenty Sixth Day of July last Assaulted this Deponent
in a Violent Manner And this Deponent Further Faith
that he preferred a Bill of Indictment for the above
mentioned Assault which was returned a trice Bill by
the Grand Jury Yesterday And this Deponent Further
saith that the said Defendant is under no Recognizance
of Bail to appear and plead to the said Indictment
And this Deponent lastly Saith that he is informed and
very believes that the said Defendant is a Person of
very loose and abondoned Character and one who gets
his livehood by hawking Goods about the Kingdom and
that he has no Settled habitation.
