Indicted last Sessions

Isabella Grindel< no role > of Saint Martins le Grand in the County of
Middlesex Spinster Maketh Oath and Saith that she this
Deponent Preferred a Bile of Indictment against the above
named Dependant at the Session House Clerkenwell Green
in and for the County of Middlesex on Friday the thirteenth day
of July last past for Assaulting this Deponent and Attempting
a Committ a Rape upon her Body and to have Carnal Knowledge
of her against her Will and Consent And this Deponent
further saith that the above Named Defendant at the
last Sessions Pleaded not Guilty to the Indictment and gave
Bail for his personal Appearance at this present Session
to Try his Traverse to the above Bill of Indictment
And this Deponent saith that the above named Defendant
hath not Caused any Venire to be returned neither
has she this Deponent received any Notice of Tryal
from the above named Defendant Edward Perry< no role > of his
taking his Tryal as this present Session or hath he
in any way Discharged himself herefrom
