March 28th. 1787.

We whose Names are underwritten
having this Day Surveyed a Party Wall between a House
Situate on the East side of Brown low Street in the Parish
of St Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex now in the Occupation of
Pearson and Ground adjoining Northwards thereto whereon
a House stood late in the Possession of Thomas Mangleman< no role >
lately pulled down and now belonging to Joseph Wigg< no role >
And under the Act of Parliament made in the 14th. Year
of His Present Majesty, Do hereby certify that the Said
Wall is decayed and ruinous, and that the Same ought
be pulled down and rebuilt agreable to the directions of
the said Act of Parliament in that case made and Proside
As Witness our Hands the Day and Year above written
