the next Sessn.

Resolved That the several Things affixed up in
the Court by the direction of Mr Moore he taken down they being an Expensenot being formed
to answer
& that Mr. Moore have the
Thanks of the Courts for his Trouble on this back
that the [..] of ye peace do write to him to requests
& that they may be remained & desire an Accts of the Expences which has
been incurred by him in order to their being discharged
forthwith.

That the usual papers relation to Good
Friday he start up

Resolved That on all adjourned County Days
Notice be sent to the sevl Registrates of such [..]
Adjourment [..]

That Mr Stirling being in his Bill for
paymtSolliciting the Bill for Builds the
House of Correction & that he have an Order
for the Sum £150 an Acct. of the
Money Paid Mr Barwell
