for Erecting and building thereon a proper and Commodious
House of Correction for this County and for the other purposes
mentioned in the act of parliament of the 26th. year of the Reign
of his present Majesty entitled "An Act to enable the Justices of
the peace for the County of Middlesex to raise money in manner
therein mentioned for Erecting a House of Correction within the said
County" having laid before the Court an account of their proceeding
and the same being read, and it appearing to this Court that it
is necessary to appoint some Banker to receive the several some
of Money that will be raised in pursuance of the said act and
that it is also necessary that a Treasurer should be appointed
for the purposes of the said act Resolved that Messrs Child
and Co. be the Bankers for the above purposes and that the
Account be Opened in the names of the Treasurer to be appointed
in pursuance of the said Act, William Mainwaring< no role > Esquire
the Chairman of the sessions, Sir Robert Taylor< no role > Knight, Henry
Holland
< no role > and Thomas Gordon< no role > Enquires Justices of the peace for this
County and that the said Treasurer and any two of the
said Justices above named have paver and authority from
time to time to draw upon and Receive from Messrs. Child & Co.
the whole or any part of the Money so to be Raised and
paid in as aforesaid

Resolved that Mr. Daniel Kinley< no role > be and
he is hereby appointed Treasurer for the purposes mentioned
in the act of the parliament aforesaid.
