The Committee appointed in april Session last to carry into
Execution the approved plan of a House of Correction for this County
laid before the Court the following Bill of Mr. John Wilkenson< no role > the
person employed by them to Compleat the Drawings of the said house
of Correction and for his own and is assistant time and Trouble in the
said Business and for monies paid by him for Stationary and or.
matter vizt.

and the said Committee being present and having informed the Court
that they had Examined the said Bill and that they wereof opinion
tha the same was acasonable and oughtshouldbe paid Resolved that the said sum of,
£160:13..0 be paid to the said John Wilkinson< no role > in full discharge
the said Bill and that as per Money has yet been raised on the particular [..] of the St Home of Correction the Clerk of the Peace do issue the proper
Order upon the Treasurer of this County of payment of the said Sum
to the said John Wilkinson< no role > to be repaid to the [..] County
Treasurer out of the moneys to be raised for the purpose of the sd. unf [..] Vutue of the Sd Act of P.
Ho:of Court by the Virtue of the sd Act of P.

The said Committee also laid before the Court
a proposal from Charles Middleton< no role > which was read as fellony
vizt.
and the said Committee having Recommended it to the court to
agree with the said Charles middletons proposal Resolved
that this Court do approve of Mr Middletons proposal and that
he be desired to proceed in carrying the same into immediate
Execution and that the Clerk of the peace do issue the proper order
upon the Treasurer of this County for payment of the sum of
£73:10:0 to the said Charles middleton to be repaid to the
said County Treasurer as afsd. the repaidout of the monies to
raised as afsd
