Gentlemen

I do hereby give you Notice that the Appeal against
an Order of William Gascoigne< no role > and Thomas Croft< no role > Esquires
Two of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said
County of Middlesex for and concering the removal of
Pryce Devereux Prosser< no role > Frances< no role > his Wife and their two
children to the parish of Saint Mary Aldermary in
London will not be tried at the next General session of
the peace for the said County of Middlesex but that
the same will be further Adjourned on Account of not
being able to produce the said Pryce Devereux prosser< no role >
