Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary le Bone
in the said County
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the hands and Seals of

Esquires
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in
and for the County of Middlesex
aforesaid (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 17th: day of
March 1786

and their five Children namely

Aged twelve Years

Aged Seven Years

Aged five Year

11 Months were removed and conveyed from the Parish
of Saint Pancras
in the County aforesaid to the said
Parish of Saint Mary le Bone
as the place of their last
legal Settlement Whereby your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved And humbly Appeal there from
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray your worships
will be pleased to Hear them in the Premiser And to
Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Pancras
may appeal
before you at a certain Day to be Appointed to Hear
and abide the Judgment and determination of
your Worships touching this Appeal
And Your Petitioners shall pray Etc
