Gentlemen

I do hereby give you Notice that the Appeal against an Order of
William Gascoigne< no role > and Thomas Croft< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex for and concerning
the removal of Pryce Deverenx Prosser< no role > Notice his Wife and their two Children
to the Parish of Saint Mary Aldermary in London will not be
tried at the present General Session of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex but that the same will be further adjourned on Account
of not being able to Produce the said Pryce Devereux Prosser< no role > Dated
this Twentieth day of February 1784
