the County of Middlesex Cabinet maker William
Stone
< no role > of Mary Le Bone Street near Golden Square in the
County a present Coal Merchant and Aron Turner< no role > of
Saint John Lane near Clerkenwell in the County
aforesaid Broker severally make Oath and say and
first these Deponents John Harke< no role > and William Stone< no role >
for themselves say that a Bill of Indictment was preferredl
in last February Session against the abovenamed Defendant and
the said Defendant being taken on the said Indictment then
Deponents John Harke< no role > and William Stone< no role > became bound
for the Appearance of the said Defendant at this present
Session to Answer to the said Indictment And these Dept
John Harke< no role > and William Stone< no role > for themselves said that they
have made swift and diligent Inquiry after the said Deft
James Page< no role > in order to have brought him to his Trial at
this present Session but have been informed tha he hath
absconded to word taking his Trial And this Deponent
Aron Turner< no role > saith that he hath at the request of the said
John Harke< no role > and William Stone< no role > Enquired at divers Places
after the said James Page< no role > in order to have found him
for the propose of bringing him into this Honourable
court at thos present session but on such Inquiry was
not able to meet with him nor ran any person give any
