At the General Session of the peace of
our Lord the King holden in and for the County
of Middlesex at the Sessions house on Clerkenwell
Green on Monday the Twelfth day of September
in the Twenty fifth Year of the reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc

It is ordered that the Within Named John Staples< no role > and
Samuel Hawkins< no role > Esqrs have Notice of the Within appeal and
that they and all Persons Concerned do attend the Court
on Thursday next at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon
of the same day to hear and abode the Judgment and determination of
the said Court touching the said appeal
