King Holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the
Session House for the said County on Monday the Twentieth
day of February in the Twenty Sixth Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great
Britain Etc.

It is Ordered that the within named Thomas Treadway< no role > have Notice of
this Appeal, And that he and all Persons Concerned Do attend the Court here on
Thursday next the Twenty third day of February Instant at Ten of the Clock in the
Forenoon of the same Day to hear and Abide the Judgment and Determination of the said Court
touching the said Petition and Appeal
