To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of
the peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Session of the peace assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of Ann< no role > the Wife of William
Athill
< no role > of the parish of Christ Church Spittalfields in the County
of Middlesex weaver .

Humbly Sheweth

That by an order or Conviction under the hands and Seals
of John Staples< no role > and Samuel Hawkins< no role > Esquires two of his Majesties
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex bearing date
the nineteenth day of August 1785 your petitioner was convicted
for unlawfully buying and receiving of one Sarah Heath< no role > Six ounces
Weight of Bengal raw Silk the property of William Hopkins< no role > of
Goodmans fields in the County of Middlesex Silk Thrower and Intrust [..]
with Mary Artis< no role > to reiced or Manufacture your petitioner well
knowing the said Silk then before to be purloined and Embezzeid

That your petitioner humbly Conceiver herself aggrieved
by the said Conviction.

Therefore doth appeal against the Same
and humbly prays that the said Conviction
may be quashed and that your petitioner
may have Such further and other relief
as to your worships Shall Seem Meet.

And your petitioner Shall ever pray
