David Steel< no role > of Tower Hill London
Steel of Rosemary Lane in the County of Middlesex Bookseller
and Robert Rumball< no role > Clerk to Hugh Parnell< no role > of Christ Church Spital Fields
in the County of Middlesex Gentleman Severally make oath and say and
first this Deponent David Steel< no role > for himself saith That on the fourteenth day of September to that he hath made
diligent Enquiry after Sarah Heath< no role > in order to Produce her to give
Evidence at this Present Sessions on the said Appeal but this
Deponent hath not been able to find her out and hath reason to
beleive that she is Secreted to Prevent such Testimony And this
Deponent Robert Rumball< no role > for himself Saith that on the same day and also this morning he hath made
Inquiry after the said Sarah Heath< no role > in order to Subpena her to attend
the said Appeal but this Deponent hath not been able to find her
out and this Deponent Saith that the said Sarah Heath< no role > is a Material
Evidence to support the Conviction of the said Ann Athill< no role > as this
Deponent hath been informed and beleives to be true
