Repairs to be
done at the Sessn
House

ItMr. Leroux havingbeenStated to the Court that several
Repairs were necessary to be done to the Sessn
House particularly painting for the Iron Railing & other
outside Work of the said Sessn. House which were
omitted in the former Estimatedelivered on by [..] him And Also that
it would add greatly to the uniformity of the
Work now carrying on if the pavement round the Session House was done
in the same Manner as in the fronts of the Building
instead of being filled in with Ballast as was
intendedproposed by the former Estimate
