Examined & allowed the several Bill
as P abstract.

Took into Considerations the Petition of
Mr Samuel Newport< no role >

Mr Newport swore to the Allegations in the petr.
being true

And to the number of prisoners dischd by procdt.
That Mr Newport being intitled to a Fee under the
Act of parliamt. on prisoners discharged by proclamn.
I have come to an Agreemt. to accept a Fee of
7s. in his thereof but that Fee being reduced to
the Antient & Legal Fees of 5s:6d Mr Hhas
been deprived of his Legal demand on the discharge
of prisoners by procdn.

That Commee one of Opinion be ought to
have a compensation from the County on Acct. [..]
