To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their GeneralQuarterSession of the
Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order of Removal or Pass
Warrant under the Hands and Seals of Sir Sampson Wright< no role >
Knight and William Addington< no role > Esquire two of his Majesties Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County (One whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Ninth day of July last Phillip Clamants< no role >
Margaret< no role > his Wife and Thomas< no role > their Son were removed and
Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Staines in the said County
to the said Parish of Saint Clement Danes as the Place of their
last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners Conceive themselves
Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication of the
said two Justices and their said Orders and
pray that your Worships will be pleased to
Appoint a Day in this present Session for the
hearing and determining the said Appeal
