of Sir John Fielding< no role > Knt. deced who described that Genllt. to be of Bedford Row

of the County of Middx & City & Liberty of Westmr. & that the Name of the sd

but who this Dept bels never has qualified himself and acted as a
Bedford Row & now it has as this Dept be [..] hasa House at Cropford in Midx Majestrate for Westmr. And this Depont. Sr:Sr:Sampson Wryte< no role > for himself
Saith that he has seen John Haines< no role > of Great Chapel
Street Westminster and that he is not the same but a different person from the person so recommended
by the sd. Sir I Fielding of afd with whom this Depts. was well aquainted
