That such as shall be convicted of lessen offences in or out of Sessn.

be consid as the fourth class

might lodged separately and kept in the day as distmelby
as the native of their several Employments will admitt

4th last days about 103 men & 56 women.

And that the said Building be constructed with an attention to
the several direction contained in the several Acts of parliamt.
