By adjt. Friday 22d Octr. 1784.

The ith of the peace [..] having statedappliedto the Court [..] that in
the proceedings of [..] the Court yesterday a Resolution
having be madepassed that advertisements he
inserted for plans for a House of Correction in which
advertisements persons an to be referred to the
Officer of the Cth. of the peace for or inspection of a plan of the ground
and to receive other information concerning the premises [..]
that he had not having any plan of the ground
in his possession nor not being certain to what information
the court would [..] non desirous should he
given on the occasion & p [..] and praying prayed that the court
would a certain flats the information necessary to given which
it is intend [..] to should be given on the Occasion

Resolved tha the Clk of the preace do a plan of
the ground whereon stands the present House of
Correction together untill the ground thereto belongg.
as also of the ground in the possession of the Body of
People called Quakers be forthwith made for the use
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for this County.

Resolved that the clerk of the peace be instructed to informn
any person applying to him for information in pursu
ance of the advertisements to be inserted for plans for
a house of Correction to as followr. vizt.

That the Makes in all instances be separated from

That a part at the Goal separated from the rest be
for felons and other all [..] offenders Convicted.
