To the Constable, Tythingman, or other Officer of the Peace
of the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the said
County; and also to all Constables and other Officers
whom it may concern to receive and convey:

And to the Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, or Overseers of
the Poor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill in the
said County of Middlesex or
either of them to receive and obey.

WHEREAS Elizabeth Brown< no role > Singlewoman
was
apprehended in the Parish of St. Andrew Holborn above
the Bars as a Rogue and Vagabond, viz.
Wandring abroad & lodging in the open Air
and upon Examination of the said Elizabeth Brown< no role >
taken before me one
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex upon Oath
(which Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear, that the
said Elizabeth Brown< no role > is legally settled in the
Liberty of Saffron Hill in the County of Middlesex
These are therefore to require you the said Constable, Tything-
man, or other Officer of the Peace of the said Parish of
St. Andrew Holborn to convey the said Elizabeth
Brown
< no role > to the Liberty
of Saffron Hill aforesaid- in the said County
of Middlesex that being the first itt
the next Precinct, through whichought to pass in the
direct Way to the saidof
to whichto be sent, and to deliver to the Con
stable or other Officer of such firstin [..]
Precinct together with this Pass, and the Duplicate of the [..]
pation of the saidtaking
his Receipt for the same

to be thence conveyed

vered to some of the Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor of
the same Liberty to be there provided for according to Law.

And you the said Church-Wardens, Chapel-Wardens, and Over
seers of the Poor, are hereby required to receive the said Person,
and provide for her as aforesaid. Given under my Hand and
Seal, the 16th. Day of October in the
Year of our Lord 1784.
