To the Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of the peace in and
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter Session of the
Peace assembled

The humble Petition and appeal of William
Clarke

the said County Carpenter

Sheweth


That by an order under the hand and Seal of William
Addington
< no role > Esquire one of His Majesty's Justices of the peace in
and for the said County bearing date the Sixth day of September 1784
Your Petitioner is ordered to pay or cause to be paid to John Turbett< no role > This name instance is in set 2460.
a Journeyman Carpenter the Sum of Seven Shillings as and for Wages
stated in the said Order to be due to the said John Turbett< no role > This name instance is in set 2460. from your
Petitioner Whereby your petitioner thinks himself aggrieved

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that the Benefit of
this his Petition and Appeal may be saved to him and that the
said John Turbet< no role > This name instance is in set 2460. and all parties concerned may be ordered to attend
this Court at the next General Session of the Peace in order to the
hearing and determining the merits of this Appeal

And your petitioner shall ever pray Etc
