and turned over to another Master in the said
Profession of an Apothecary for the remainder
of the said Term of Seven years and that
the said John Mills< no role > may be ordered to repay to
Your Petitioners Father a proportionable part
of the said Apprentice Fee for he remainder
of the said Term of Seven Years And that
Your Worships will be pleased to appoint a day
in this present Session for the hearing of Your
Petitioners Complaint And that your-
Petitioner may have such further and other
Relief in the premises as to Your Worships
shall seem meet.

Middlesex to wit


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King holden in and for the County of
Middlesex at the Session house for the said County
(by Adjournment) on Monday the eighteenth day
of October in the Twenty fourth Year of the Reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the third King of
Great Britain Etc.

It is ordered that upon Notice to be given to John Mills< no role > in the
above Petition named he and all persons concerned do attend this Court
at the Session house on Clerkenwell Green in the said County on
Thursday the Twenty first day of October instant at eight of the Clock
in the Morning to hear and abide the Judgment and Determination
of the said Court touching the said Petition.
