the business of an Apothecary always do but the said John Mills< no role >
generally buys such Preparations in small Quantities at the Shop
of a Chemist or Druggist as he has occasion for the same And the said
John Mills< no role > instead of instructing Your Petitioner in the said Art of
an Apothecary hath employed Your Petitioner in many menial Offices.

That Your Petitioner as well during the time the said John
Mills
< no role > kept an open Shop as since has bee [..] unemployed for
many days the said John Mills< no role > having very little business to
transact as an Apothecary .

That Your Petitioners Father in consequence of the said John
Mills
< no role > neglecting to perform the Covenants on his part contained in the
said Indenture applied to the said John Mills< no role > who agreed that your
Petitioner should be turned over to another Master who was able to
teach your petitioner the said Art of an Apothecary and Your-
Petitioners Father accordingly provided Two several Gentleman
eminent in the said Profession either of whom would have taken
Your Petitioner as an Apprentice for the remainder of the said Term
of Seven years but the said John Mills< no role > then refused to perform
his said Agreement and to turn over Your Petitioner to another
Master.

That Your petitioner apprehends that if he continues
with the said John Mills< no role > in his present mode of carrying on
business during the said Term of Seven years that at the expiration
of the said Term Your Petitioner will be totally incapable
to carryon the said profession of an Apothecary .

Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays
Your Worships will take Your Petitioners Case
into Consideration and to order that your
Petitioner may be discharged from his said
Apprenticeship with the said John Mills< no role > .
