For an Assault

James Goodwin< no role > of Kensington in the County of Middlesex
Cowkeeper the Defendant abovenamed and William Booth< no role > of
the same place Victualer Jointly make oath and say that in
September Session last the above named Prosecutor did
Indict this Deponent James Goodwin< no role > for an Assault since
which that is to say on or about the fifth day of October
instant through the interference of friends a meeting was
had between the prosecutor and Defendant And that it
Deponent James Goodwin< no role > made full Satisfaction to the said
Ralph Stockley< no role > for his damages and Expences Occasioned by
the said Indictment and the Cause thereof And that it
was mutually agreed between the said prosecutor and this
Deponent James Goodwin< no role > that from thence forth there
should not be any further proceedings upon the said
Indictment
