September Session last the above named Prosecutor did

for an Assault since
which that is to say on or about the fifth day of October
instant through the interference of friends a meeting was
had between the prosecutor and Defendant And that it

made full Satisfaction to the said
Ralph Stockley< no role >
for his damages and Expences Occasioned by
the said Indictment and the Cause thereof And that it
was mutually agreed between the said prosecutor and this
Deponent James Goodwin< no role >
that from thence forth there
should not be any further proceedings upon the said
Indictment
