Edward Reynolds< no role > of Church Lane in the parish of St.
George in the East in the County of Middlesex the Defendant
Above Named, Maketh Oath and Saith that [..]

were out of Town on their Lawfull Quasions, as Deponent
maketh Oath and Saith they now are, Deponent further saith that he is credibly
Informed and Verily believes, they will return before the next
Sessions and that he has no doubt of having the benefit
of their Testimony at next session, without which he does not think
himself safe to proceed to Trial at Present And John
