Session-House, Clerkenwell-Green,
4th October, 1784.

You were bound to Appear a nd Prosecute Samuel Smith< no role > april
Session last at Session-House, in Saint County, but
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer from whom
Execution will proceed for the levying 20
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels; unless Care be taken
to Stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at Session-House aforesaid
on Monday the 18th Day of October Instant.
