in the said County Butcher Maketh Oath and Saith
that John Smith< no role > who was Indicted at the General Session
of the peace held for the said County in the Month of
September last on the prosecution of
is now a bread and in parts beyond the Seas.for on his returns therefrom Consequently
a Prevented from appearing to Plead to the said Indictment
at the Present Session but that he this Deponent verily
believes the said John Smith< no role > will before the next Session
arrive in the part of London and be Enabled to try his
Traverse on the said Indictment.
